The women of our society have to face a number of challenges when it comes to menstruation - from the silence surrounding the subject to the shame of purchasing sanitary pads. Our society is still considered orthodox when it comes to menstrual health.

To promote a healthy lifestyle and personal hygiene among women, Ashwin Malik Meshram Foundation, under our initiative SAHELI, organized another Sanitary Pad Donation Drive in Kurla with Mr. Ashraf Azmi (Corporator). Our volunteers spoke to over 150 women, educated them on various health issues, and encouraged them to take the necessary measures. Towards the end, a 3-month supply of sanitary pads was provided to each attendee.
