Meshram Foundation organized a Yoga Training Camp for Nehru Nagar Police Staff. More than 85 police staff participated in the yoga training and understood the benefits of yoga. A professional yoga trainer from Meshram Foundation gave them yoga lessons and motivated them to practice yoga daily for their mental and physical well-being.
