Despite the rising need for blue-collar employees, candidates find it hard and confusing to apply for such roles. They are heavily reliant on word of mouth, classified advertisements, or agencies to find potential employers and get hired. This process is laborious, long-winded, and often takes weeks or months. As a result, it becomes difficult for them to find jobs.

To bridge this gap between the candidates and available jobs in the market, Ashwin Malik Meshram Foundation & Janta Raja Samajik Sanstha came together to organize a Job Recruitment Drive in Chunabhatti, Mumbai. The drive was attended by over 150 people who sought employment opportunities and better job prospects. Our volunteers counseled each candidate and helped them select an appropriate job for themselves from our 100+ partner organizations.
