As the number of jobs in India rises steadily, it is important to connect the unemployed with available employment opportunities. However, due to a lack of guidance, many of these candidates make an uninformed choice and limit their potential.

To bridge the gap between the candidates and jobs, Ashwin Malik Meshram Foundation organized a Job Recruitment Drive with Dalit Youth Panther on the 11th of November. Our volunteers assessed the profiles of 160+ candidates, helped them understand the nature of jobs available, and assisted them in applying for the same.
