Mumbai has the most number of active covid cases and is the worst hit city in the state. The steep spike in covid cases has forced people to remain at home or experience delays in admission till the time isolation beds are available. Maharashtra government has increased testing, tracing and early isolation so that people who are severe would require to get themselves checked into a facility or hospitalisation.

In this difficult time, Ashwin Malik Meshram foundation stepped ahead to help the government  reduce the number of active cases by registering people for vaccination. Our initiative “Vaccinate Mumbai” is to make sure Mumbai becomes a Covid free city. We conducted a registration drive at Gautam Nagar,Chembur in collaboration with Nawab Malik (Cabinet Minister of Maharashtra) & Sana Malik Shaikh (VP of Rashtrawadi Yuvati Congress, Maharashtra). Through the drive numerous citizens were registered for vaccination at their nearest centers.
