Ashwin Malik Meshram Foundation conducted a free medical check-up camp in association with Niranjan Davkhare at Thane

The outbreak of COVID-19 has majorly impacted the country in terms of health and low immunity of the citizens of India. In these trying times, it becomes especially important for people with minimum to no access to proper healthcare to receive frequent medical check-ups.  The initiative to provide free health check-ups was taken up by Ashwin Malik Meshram foundation, in association with Mr. Niranjan Davkhare (MLC, Konkan Graduates Constituency), to ensure their wellbeing. Mr. Niranjan Davkhare took a full tour of the camp and also had one-on-one discussions with the medical professionals.

AMMF volunteers, along with about 25 medical professionals and doctors guided people through all the procedures. These processes involved general and systemic check-ups for children as well as adults. Various tests were conducted, including BP, dental hygiene, physiotherapy, BMI, etc., followed by provision of free medicines. Over 500 people showed up for this health drive and successfully received a general report for their respective check-ups.
