Due to the ongoing pandemic, a major chunk of the population is rendered jobless. To ensure employment amongst local households and offer them a chance at a better lifestyle, Ashwin Malik Meshram Foundation, in association with BJP MLA Parag Alavani (Vile Parle Assembly), organised an Employment Drive "GHAR GHAR ROZGAR" that helped 250+ locals find appropriate jobs for themselves, by acting as a link between candidates and employers. Also, 100+ applicants were registered under skill development program, post which they are assured for a job opportunity. Our volunteers thoroughly assessed their profiles, helped the beneficiaries understand the nature of the job prospects and assisted them to apply for various jobs as per their preferences and capabilities. A job portal has also been developed by AMMF to make the application process simpler for the beneficiaries. This portal was inaugurated and appreciated by MLA Parag Alavani. He also conveyed his best of wishes for the progress of Ashwin Malik Meshram Foundation and praised the efforts of the foundation.
