The Government of India has launched an Ayushman Bharat Yojana to provide financial protection to vulnerable families from catastrophic health expenses and to reduce out-of-pocket costs of access to health services due to hospitalisation. The whole process is paperless and cashless in public hospitals and empanelled private hospitals. Also, to include more women and children in the scheme, there is no limit on the age and size of the families. In order to benefit everyone from this scheme, Ashwin Malik Meshram foundation in association with Sandip Chavan (Working President) conducted an Ayushman Bharat Health ID Camp at Mulund Division (Saloon Beauty Parlour association of Maharashtra). 400+ beneficiaries were registered in this camp.
