On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji’s birthday, Ashwin Malik Meshram foundation conducted a Free Medical Check-up Camp along with Aayushman Bharat Health ID Camp at Dadar in association with Mr. Kalidas Kolambkar (BJP, MLA). A physical examination was conducted at the camp, including blood pressure, blood sugar, height, weight, and other growth monitoring parameters. Along with this, registration was done for Ayushman Bharat Health ID. After registering a health card you can easily share your medical records with hospitals, clinics, doctors etc. This way, you can get medical care even in a new area. You can access the Healthcare Professional Registry (HPR) which is a collection of details of all doctors in India. 350+ beneficiaries took the advantage of this camp.
